The two 660MW units of Jilin Baicheng Power Plant have realized safe production for 922 consecutive days since they were put into operation. In 2012, Baicheng Power Plant had no unplanned shutdown and met Level 1 safety target with all-year EAF (equivalent availability factor) of 100% and no forced shutdown or derated output. There was no major equipment accident, grid accident or accident of safety responsibility. There was no unit shutdown caused by in-house transmission or transformation facilities.

   

After put into operation, Baicheng Power Project has reached leading level in China in all indicators of unit performance. In 2012, the project won China Quality Power Project Award and China Luban Award for Construction Project, and Baicheng Power Company won the National May Day Award of Merit.
