In 2012, 98.84% of CPI’s de-SO_x devices were put into operation, up 0.43 percentage points year-on-year, and de-SO_x efficiency reached 92.99%, up 0.65 percentage points year-on-year. CPI had concessional de-SO_x operation of 13520MW, the second largest in China, and concessional de-NO_x operation began to reach out to non-CPI market.

   

In 2012, CPI spent RMB2714 million on 283 energy conservation and emission reduction projects. As a result, coal consumption was reduced by 0.3g/kwh, equivalent to saving around RMB60 million power generation cost. Service power rate was reduced by 0.03 percentage points, 100GWh more electricity was sent to the grid, and RMB28 million more revenues were generated.
