Developing circular economy is the inevitable way to transform the model of economic growth, ease resource shortage, promote fast and solid development of national economy and comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society and realize sustainable development. When developing such energy industrial bases as East Inner Mongolia, East Ningxia, Guizhou and Heilongjiang, CPI has followed the requirement of circular economy, actively promoted the industrial chain of coal-electricity-non-ferrous metal and coal-electricity-chemicals, and enhanced comprehensive resource efficiency with the extending industrial chain to achieve rational resource utilization.
