　　On November 15, Mr. Meng Zhenping General Manager and Deputy Secretary of Leadership Group of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) unveiled plaque for SPIC USA Office in San Francisco.

　　As one of the first 13 offices which were established by SPIC overseas, SPIC USA Office is designed to provide services like information collection, public relation and overall coordination for the purpose of SPIC business activities in the United States.

　　Mr. Meng Zhenping expects SPIC USA Office to reach its full potential in facilitating SPIC keeping deep exchanges and cooperation with its American counterparts in the fields of new technologies of nuclear power and energy, and in seeking new energy investment opportunities in the United States.

　　Executives from Department of International Business of SPIC, Shanghai Electric Power and SPIC USA Office witnessed the opening ceremony.
