SPIC's total installed capacity of thermal power reaches 85 GW, including 77.4 GW of coal-fired power generation and 7.6 GW of gas turbine and biomass power generation. Thermal power assets are mainly distributed in 20 provinces and regions of China as well as in Pakistan, Turkey and other countries. SPIC is committed to the clean development of thermal power and continues its efforts on ultra-low emissions, cutting coal consumption of thermal power units.
