SPIC Shanghai Electric Power participated in Maltese energy company restructuring and completed the transaction on December 31, 2014 to hold 33.3% stake in the energy company and control rights of 90% stake in Delimara 3 power plant which has installed capacity of 149 MW.
Following execution of the project’s EPC contract in September 2015, the project has been progressing well by its contractor SPIC Shanghai Electric Power.
