SPIC Shanghai Electric Power participated in Maltese energy company restructuring and completed the transaction on December 31, 2014 to hold 33.3% stake in the energy company and control rights of 90% stake in Delimara 3 power plant which has installed capacity of 149 MW.
Following execution of the project¡¯s EPC contract in September 2015, the project has been progressing well by its contractor SPIC Shanghai Electric Power.
