Following execution of the project¡¯s EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract in December 2014, the project has been progressing well by its contractor SNPDRI Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute.
SPIC overseas company completed the transaction to acquire 100% projects of Australia-based Pacific Hydro and Taralga Wind Farm in January and June 2016 respectively. SPIC has become the second largest wind power supplier in Australia with a total installed wind power capacity of 414 MW. Some wind farms with a total installed capacity of 134.5 MW, such as Australian Yaloak South Wind Farm and Chilean Punta Sierra Wind Farms are currently undergoing development.
